Program Participation
By enrolling your child in the STEM Explorers Club, you agree to ensure they adhere to the program’s guidelines and participate respectfully in all activities. We strive to create a supportive, hands-on learning environment, and we appreciate your partnership in making this a positive experience for everyone.
Fees and Refunds
Program fees are due prior to the start of the session. We offer a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the first class. After that, refunds are not typically provided except in extenuating circumstances. Please refer to our refund policy for more information
Attendance and Punctuality
Please ensure that your child arrives on time and is picked up promptly at the end of each session. Consistent attendance helps your child get the most out of the program. If your child will be absent, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
Safety and Conduct
Your child’s safety is our top priority. All students are expected to follow safety instructions and treat instructors and fellow students with respect. We reserve the right to dismiss any participant for disruptive or unsafe behavior. Please ensure that the Minor Participation waiver is completed prior to the first day. Students will not be allowed to attend without a completed waiver.
