Refund Policy

Our after-school program operates on a flat weekly fee. This means that even if your child misses one or more days during the week, the weekly pricing remains the same and is not prorated.

For any of our additional services or special sessions, cancellations or changes must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service.
